Technical Sales Support Officer (m/w/d)

Qualifications:

Successfully completed commercial / technical vocational training comparable qualification
Practical experience in internal sales in the machine and plant construction sector is desirable
Very good communication and team skills as well as sales orientation
High level of motivation, initiative and commitment
Goal-oriented and structured work
Confident handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge of SAP
Very good knowledge of English

Areas of responsibility:

Supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations with quotation calculations, offers and customer contracts
Communicating with customers and business partners
Processing orders from receipt of order to preparation of shipping documents
Initiating the purchasing process with the purchasing department
Maintaining customer-related master data
Organizing customer visits and demonstrations
Supporting trade fair planning; participating in trade fairs if necessary
