Headquartered near Milan, Wonderware Italia sells and supports over 2,000 customers in various industry and infrastructure segments to help increase their operational efficiency and sustainability. The company has entered into a new agreement with Aveva to extend its ability to support end-users, OEMs and System integrators in enabling flexible and scalable solutions from low-end HMI up to cloud-based enterprise data management in order to empower better decision-making at all levels.

The company will be renamed Factory Software Italy shortly after the transaction.
