The innovative operating concept with a lengthwise installed touch screen and a virtual scroll wheel raises industrial sensors for the first time to a completely new level in terms of simplicity and intuition in operation. The multitude of possibilities that this opens up give the Industry 4.0 claim of the new P.Touch series a new dimension.
On the one hand, the TFT display with 160×80 pixels enables the plain text display of the menu items and, if required, a lot of additional information on a single screen. On the other hand, the operation by touch screen ensures an intuitive and simple operating concept.
The stainless steel housing and the geometrically protected glass display result in a minimalistic, aesthetically pleasing and extremely compact & robust design. The absence of mechanical operating elements ensures a high degree of wear resistance.
This patent-pending design makes it possible to achieve this compactness in a pressure sensor with display. The lengthwise arranged display and the electrical M12 connection “in line” allow installation in the tightest of spaces.
