Efficient 3D printing of large components with a wide range of materials
Whether hard material or soft material, whether the high-performance polymer requires a heated build chamber or whether the 3D filament requires process drying – the TiQ 5 Pro provides the solution as standard. However, the 3D printer is particularly suitable for the economical printing of large components made of fiber-reinforced or high-temperature materials. At innovatiQ we have made a selection for you, e.g. B. the heat-resistant polycarbonate (PC) certified for railway applications. Or for long-lasting and particularly robust components, our industrial ABS filament. And if you need a flexible component in XL size, then our TPU with various shore hardnesses.
Open material system and intuitive control
Would you rather be one of those who want to process your own filament and nobody is allowed to know the secret of your components and the special design features? No problem. The TiQ 5 Pro is intuitive and easy to operate via its own CNC-based control, GestiQ-Pro, and is supplied as standard with the “Simplify3D” slicer. This means you have all the decisive factors in your hands and can combine any material, printing or geometry techniques without giving up any know-how. And if you ever need the advice of our experts, our customer advisors are ready to help on site if necessary.
